Turning a garden into an oriental theme
As I was getting more and more bored with a simple garden and my urge constantly to create.. I decided to use half my garden and turn it into a place of oriental peace and harmony. The garden project is constantly changing and has so far gotten a lot of visitors. The first step took one whole summer to create and as I learned more and more about Japanese themes and culture the garden expanded and evolved.Japanese Garden Part 1
This section will take You on a tour into the steps taken in order to make the very first parts of my Japanese garden.
The garden project started in the early summer of 2008 and now only lacks a bit more rocks and tiny trees.

Japanese Garden Part 2
As the first part of my Japenese garden was a success and many people has visited it and complimented the work, I have decided to expand the garden even more.
This time I planned an island surrounded by water where one can lie on a cosy chaiselong and drink a cold beer while listening to the splashes from the tiny waterfall.
